Eichtens Community Solar Garden is a project within our 48 MW Minnesota Community Solar portfolio. The Garden is comprised of 4 separate 1.2 MW solar PV installations co-located per Xcel Energy’s Community Solar Garden regulations. The system produces enough electricity to power about 1,000 homes. Subscribers of the community solar project include a local school district, an elderly care facility, among several other facilities.
